Next LAN - January/February 2011

We are rethinking the GVCCLAN events. It feels like a lot of effort into a short night every month. I would rather plan 4 larger events in a year and have them go longer. I am looking into planning a test event in late January or early February to try this new format out.

We would provide Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch for a 24 hour event Friday at 5:00pm until Saturday at 5:00pm.

We would charge $25.00 for the event and have prizes.

For the first event, I would want between 24-32 people registered to have the event.

I am working with the church to figure out the feasability of this. I'll keep you updated.

I don't know how many of you have a Facebook account, but we manage a Facebook group you can join here. With its built in event system, it makes for easy RSVP'ing. Join to get updates on upcoming events. Join our Steam Group to easily match up with other members during the month.
